About Valorant

Valorant is a free-to-play tactical first-person hero shooter developed and published by Riot Games. It launched for PC on June 2, 2020, taking inspiration from the Counter-Strike franchise with mechanics such as a buy system, recoil spray patterns, and accuracy penalties based on movement. Development first started back in 2014, and the game was first announced to the public in 2019 under the working title Project A.
